Conditions

Our Shipments take normally 3-5 days to despatch as we do not have ready stocks and the products are manufactured after a order is confirmed. Time taken is usually dependent on the color of the product selected. Black is almost always readily available whereas other colors take some time to dye the leather as ordered.
Ordering a product means that you are agreeing to the conditions of use as stated above.

Returns / Exchange

Since we are based in Pakistan and due to the costs involved in Shipping the products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned / Exchanged. Please take a look at our Sizing Chart and Color Chart before ordering.

Shipping

Tracking Numbers  

Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under "ACCOUNT INFO" tab on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

How Can I Change An order Or Make An Address Correction?

Although we take up production of the product soon as we receive the confirmed order, you can request us by email to modify / change the order / shipping address, or any other request.

How Can I Cancel An  Order?

Although we take up production of the product soon as we receive the confirmed order by the system, you can request us through email to cancel the order, subject to the condition that the product has not been taken up for production yet. It is not possible to cancel orders after taking up for production.

How We Ship

All Orders are shipped by first class courier. Due to the High Shipping Cost All SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.
